If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, Coluri is happy to offer an exchange, credit note or full refund for items purchased up to 30 days from receipt.
To be valid, returned items need to be undamaged and in the original condition with security tags, plastic stopper and dial film still attached (where applicable).
Our products have a 10 year warranty. In the very unlikely event that you experience an issue, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return delivery charges, unless goods are deemed faulty. Returns must be sent via a tracked service and the tracking number and service used must be provided to the support team at support@coluri.com.
