Case / Buckle -  Our designs are handcrafted from stainless steel and finished using a highly durable PVD plating

Glass - We use a scratch resistant sapphire glass to protect our designs

All of our watches use a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz movement, recognised as one of the leading movements in the industry.

Yes. All of our watches have a water resistance of 5ATM. 

Its unlikely that you would need to change your battery for several years as we use only top of the range batteries in our designs.

Replacement watch batteries can be found at most electronics stores or watch repair shops. 

Please use a watch repair professional to change the battery because changing requires specialist tools and its possible to damage the watch if not used correctly.

Our design teams are located in Australia, Spain and the United Kingdom, our watch movements are made in Japan, our leather is sourced from Italy, and we use an assembly partner in China.

Yes. The quality of our products is so high that we offer a 10 year warranty on all designs.

Your watch is guaranteed under warranty for 10 years from date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing or material defect. 

Please retain your confirmation email to serve as proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damages to battery, glass, crown, strap or buckle.
• Damages / malfunctioning caused by unauthorised persons
• Water Damage

We provide free Express Post shipping with Australia Post on all orders within Australia.

All orders are shipped via Express Post with Australia Post so you can expect your new Coluri to arrive within 1-3 working days.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking link is sent as soon as your order has been packed and dispatched so you can see where it is each step of the way!

Yes. All orders are fully tracked. As soon as your order's been dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to real-time status information about your order making it's way from our warehouse to your door.

By shopping through our UK website, your order will be picked and shipped from our fulfilment centre in the UK and this means no one needs to pay any sneaky import taxes! 

If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, Coluri is happy to offer an exchange, credit note or full refund for items purchased up to 30 days from receipt. 

To be valid, returned items need to be undamaged and in the original condition with security tags, plastic stopper and dial film still attached (where applicable).

Our products have a 10 year warranty. In the very unlikely event that you experience an issue, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return delivery charges, unless goods are deemed faulty. Returns must be sent via a tracked service and the tracking number and service used must be provided to the support team at support@coluri.com.

To redeem, you must add add one watch then one interchangeable band of choice to your bag and the offer will automatically apply at checkout. Offer can be used multiple times. • One winner per calendar month.

You still have your 10 year warranty from the date of your original purchase so please keep your Suffragette confirmation email saved in case you ever need it!

Should we need to replace your Suffragette watch, we will happily offer a Coluri replacement as we are no longer producing any watches with the Suffragette brand name.
